Workation at Four Seasons Fairways

Situated in Quinta do Lago and nestled within the privacy and security of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, lies Four Seasons Fairways, the ideal setting for a workation – combining blue skies, peaceful and private villa accommodation with hotel style facilities to cover everything you need for remote working and play.

Four Seasons Fairways has already seen a rise in guests extending their stays and taking advantage of the space and facilities it provides for workations, with some of the guests recently commenting:

‘not only did the team provide us with a clean, hygienic, and safe environment, I ended up extending my stay as the connectivity in the villas facilitated all of my work commitments. I was comfortably able to attend all Zoom, Teams and Skype meetings with absolutely no issues and the TV in the living area allowed for a clear picture when linked to my laptop.’ Rachel Hynes.

With families travelling together and universities allowing students to attend classes remotely, younger guests can enjoy studying in a secluded and safe environment, whilst accompanying their families.

‘Due to the amazing WIFI connectivity I was able to attend all of my lectures and also interact with my peers on projects and deliver all my assignments on time. To be able to go up to the Clubhouse or stay in the villa and sit in a corner and study was so nice and I would almost say took the chore out of studying!’ said one guest recently. ‘I was able to take a break from the books and go to the Gym or enjoy down time in Fabio’s Cocktail Masterclass followed by the famous VIVO Restaurants Prawn Piri Piri’. Ben Hynes.

All of the accommodations are set in beautifully landscaped gardens with each featuring its own pool or jacuzzi, terrace or garden and outdoor BBQ/cooking station. In addition to the super-fast fibre optic broadband and Smart TV’s across all unis, guests may enjoy the new ‘Drop & Scoff’ food delivery service – an enhancement to the already popular take-away service and perfect for those wanting to grab a quick bite to eat between calls – ordering food and beverages from VIVO Bistro & Cocktail Lounge and have it delivered straight to their villa – they drop, you scoff!

‘With all safety protocols in place and with members and staff fully aware and compliant, we felt extremely safe at all times. We extended our stay as the WiFi was excellent and enabled us to work and our daughter to attend her online lectures from our villa. The food and service in Vivo and Amara were first class and the food delivery to the villa was fantastic!’. Catherine Simpson.

Between work commitments, the Clubhouse awaits – home to stunning heated indoor & outdoor pools, Kids’ Club, wine cellar, fully equipped gym and cleverly designed indoor-outdoor bar. The resort also boasts two tennis courts on site and bikes are available to hire allowing guests to explore the local area including the Ria Formosa nature reserve, a scenic swirl of seawater lagoons, sandy islands, salt marshlands and diverse bird life, making it the perfect setting for walking, running and cycling. And have we mentioned the championship golf courses nearby?

At Fairways, we take all the necessary measures to keep you safe during these odd times. To make sure everything up to code, we’ve been adopting measures to make sure that we’re a Clean & Safe resort as well as a Safe Travels destination.
